Can you mark stainless steel?
Selected stainless-steel surfaces may be marked using a suitable process or laser-marking compound. The exact
result depends on the alloy, finish, geometry, and condition.
Can you engrave bare aluminum?
Our CO₂ systems are best suited to anodized, painted, coated, or treated aluminum. Bare aluminum
may not produce a strong permanent contrast without a compatible treatment or marking process.
Can you engrave anodized aluminum?
Yes. Anodized aluminum commonly produces a clear, high-contrast mark when the surface layer is processed.
Do you offer deep metal engraving?
No. Our CO₂ laser systems are not intended for deep engraving into bare steel, aluminum, brass, or copper.
Can you cut metal parts?
No. We do not cut structural metal sheets or machine metal components with our CO₂ laser equipment.
Can you mark curved or irregular parts?
Some curved or irregular components can be marked, depending on the marking area, geometry, focus range,

Can you mark finished customer-supplied parts?

What file formats do you accept?
Vector files such as AI, SVG, EPS, DXF, and vector PDF are preferred. Variable information may be supplied
in a clean spreadsheet.
Can you work from STEP or CAD files?
CAD files may help us understand component dimensions and marking locations, but production artwork generally
requires a clear two-dimensional vector layout.
Can you mark QR codes and barcodes?
Yes, depending on the available marking area, required code size, contrast, surface condition,
scanner, and material.
Can you reproduce the same marking on future batches?
Approved artwork, templates, marking locations, and production settings may be retained to support
recurring batches and replacement orders.
Do you provide certified aerospace or medical marking?
