What materials can you engrave?
We engrave wood, acrylic, leather, glass, metal (with fiber laser), plastic, stone, fabric, paper, and many specialty materials. Contact us if you have a specific material in mind.
How long does a typical order take?
Standard orders are completed within 5-7 business days. Rush service is available for 24-48 hour turnaround on most projects. Complex or large-volume orders may require additional time.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes! We offer same-day service when available and guaranteed 24-48 hour rush for most project types. Call us directly to confirm rush availability for your specific project.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, and JPG files. Vector formats (AI, EPS, SVG) produce the best results. We can also work from sketches or descriptions and create the artwork for you.
Can you match my corporate brand colors?
Yes. We can match PMS/Pantone colors for painted and printed elements, and select materials that align with your brand palette for engraved pieces.
Do you handle bilingual (English/French) signage?
Absolutely. We produce bilingual signage that meets federal Official Languages Act requirements, provincial regulations, and municipal bylaws. We understand proper hierarchy and placement rules.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We have no minimum order. We happily produce single custom pieces as well as orders of thousands. Pricing scales with quantity, so larger orders benefit from volume pricing.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. We can create artwork from your description, adapt existing logos for engraving, and design complete signage systems. Design consultation is included with most orders.
Can I see a proof before production?
Yes, we provide a digital proof for every order before production begins. You’ll approve the exact layout, text, and positioning before we proceed.
Do you ship outside Ottawa?
Yes, we ship across Canada and internationally. Local pickup is available from our Kanata workshop. We also offer delivery within the Ottawa-Gatineau region.
Are your signs suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, we produce outdoor-rated signage using UV-stable materials, weather-resistant substrates, and appropriate mounting hardware. We’ll recommend the best material for your specific outdoor application.
Do you work with government procurement?
Yes. We’re experienced with government procurement processes and can provide all required documentation including quotes in specified formats, insurance certificates, and accessibility compliance statements.
