Custom golf tee engraving requires precision because a large amount of personalization has to fit within a very small engraving area. For this Ottawa project, the client supplied a batch of wooden golf tees and requested the same personalized “ADAMOS THR-TEE!” text on each piece.
The objective was not only to engrave the small lettering clearly but also to maintain consistent positioning and appearance throughout the complete batch.
What Did the Client Need Engraved?
The client wanted multiple customer-supplied wooden golf tees personalized with identical event text.
Unlike engraving a larger flat product, a golf tee provides a narrow cylindrical area for personalization. The text therefore needed to be sized specifically for the available space.
What Was the Engraving Challenge?
The main challenge was size and repeatability.
Each golf tee needed the same wording positioned consistently on a very limited surface. Small variations become much more noticeable when multiple engraved items are viewed together as a set.
The engraving layout therefore needed to balance readability with the physical dimensions of the tees.
What We Produced
We laser engraved “ADAMOS THR-TEE!” directly onto the customer-supplied wooden golf tees.
The same layout was reproduced across the batch to maintain consistent positioning and appearance from one piece to another.
What Was the Result?
The completed golf tees became coordinated personalized accessories suitable for the client’s event.
This project also demonstrates an important production capability: engraving multiple small customer-supplied items using a repeatable layout, rather than treating every piece as an unrelated one-off project.
