What Did Hospice Care Ottawa Need Engraved?
Hospice Care Ottawa needed multiple recognition awards personalized for individual recipients.
The awards incorporated the Hospice Care Ottawa / HCO Circle of Care branding together with each recipient’s name, recognition wording and years of service.
Rather than producing identical pieces, the project required a consistent organizational design with variable information for each recipient.

What We Produced
We prepared the supplied organizational artwork and individual recipient information for engraving onto the customer-supplied awards.
Each piece incorporated the Hospice Care Ottawa branding, personalized recipient name and recognition text. Individual service dates were also engraved onto the bases, creating a complete personalized award for each recipient.
The project combined consistent organizational branding with variable personalization across multiple pieces.
What Was the Result?
The completed set provides Hospice Care Ottawa with coordinated recognition awards that share the same organizational identity while individually acknowledging each recipient.
The permanent frosted engraving remains part of the award itself rather than relying on printed labels or applied vinyl graphics.
